New Leash on Life-New Leash On Life is a non-profit organization created to significantly reduce the devastating number of animals abandoned and euthanized in Los Angeles. An average of 10 million pets are destroyed each year in the U.S. Our focus is on placing animals into loving, permanent homes as well as educating the public on responsible pet ownership.
